Labisha is a Bangladesh-based skincare retailer that curates authentic, dermatologist-tested products from trusted global brands. The website is operated from Dhaka, Bangladesh.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase from Labisha. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

An order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs only when we send the order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order — for example if a product is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or the delivery address falls outside our service area.

• All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
• We accept bKash, Nagad, debit / credit cards via SSLCommerz, and cash on delivery (where available).
• Promo codes and bundle offers cannot be combined unless specified.

Every product on Labisha is sourced through authorised channels. If you ever receive an item that is not authentic, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement under our Returns Policy.

Delivery times and fees are listed in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please inspect parcels before signing and report any damage immediately.

Eligible items can be returned under the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for safety reasons.

All site content — including the Labisha name, logo, photography, and product copy — is owned by Labisha or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Labisha is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Bangladesh law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised with material changes.
