Shipping & Delivery

• Inside Dhaka (city limits): 1–2 working days.
• Dhaka surrounding areas (Savar, Gazipur, Narayanganj): 2–3 working days.
• Other major cities (Chattogram, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barishal, Rangpur, Mymensingh): 3–5 working days.
• Remote upazilas: 5–7 working days.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

• Inside Dhaka: ৳70 flat fee.
• Outside Dhaka: ৳130 flat fee.
• Free delivery on orders above ৳2,000 (within Bangladesh).

Charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

We dispatch orders through Sundarban Courier, Pathao, Steadfast, and RedX, depending on the destination. The exact partner is chosen to provide the fastest reliable delivery to your area.

Once your parcel is dispatched, you'll receive an SMS and email with the tracking number and a link to the courier's tracker. You can also see live status updates on your account page under “My Orders.”

Cash on delivery (COD) is available for most addresses in Bangladesh. Please keep the exact change ready when you receive the parcel — couriers often cannot break large notes.

If the courier is unable to reach you after two attempts, the parcel is returned to our warehouse. We'll contact you to confirm a fresh delivery date; a redelivery charge may apply.
