Returns & Refunds
We want every Labisha order to feel right. If something arrives damaged, isn't authentic, or simply wasn't what you expected, this page explains how to send it back and how refunds work.

Return window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests received after this period cannot be processed.
What can be returned
- Unopened products with intact seals and original packaging.
- Items received damaged, defective, or with significantly altered packaging.
- Wrong items shipped — different shade, size, or product than ordered.
- Products that fail our authenticity check.
What cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable once their seal or packaging has been opened:
- Skincare and haircare products (cleansers, serums, creams, masks, oils).
- Makeup that touches the skin (lipsticks, foundations, blushes, mascaras).
- Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale.”
- Free gifts received as part of a promotion.
How to request a return
1. Contact us within 7 days
Email hello@labisha.com.bd or message us on WhatsApp with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and clear photos showing the issue.
2. Wait for return authorisation
Our team will respond within 24 working hours and share the pickup or drop-off instructions, along with a return reference number.
3. Pack the item carefully
Put the product back in its original packaging with all freebies, leaflets, and the return reference slip we email to you.
4. Hand over to the courier
We arrange a free pickup for orders within Dhaka. For other districts, send the parcel via Sundarban Courier (charges reimbursed once the return is approved).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the return (typically 1–2 working days), we'll confirm by email.
- bKash / Nagad refunds: processed within 3 working days of approval.
- Card payments: refunded to the original card; banks usually reflect the amount in 5–10 working days.
- Cash on delivery orders: refunded to a bKash / Nagad account of your choice.
- Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for the same product in a different shade or size, subject to availability. Place a return request as above and let us know which variant you'd like instead — we'll ship the replacement once we receive your original parcel.
Damaged or incorrect parcels
Please open the parcel in front of the delivery agent whenever possible. If you spot damage or a missing item, take photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly.
